Aditi Foods commenced its journey with the incorporation of Aditi Electricals & Hardware Retail Shop . Swiftly diversifying into the fruit pulping line as Aditi Foods (India) Pvt. Ltd., we introduced processed food products under the renowned Aditi Brand. The period also marked our notable achievement with the ‘Best District Businessman’ award.

Aditi Electricals & Hardware

Aditi Electricals & Hardware – The first-ever organisation was established on September 5, 1980

Expansion and Recognition

Vaishali Packing Industries – The third organisation was established on December 15, 1990 and aimed to provide employment to women in rural areas and supply market-standard machinery.
Best District Business Award – To Hon. Shri Dinkarrao Patil by District Industries Center, Govt. of Maharashtra on June 4, 1992.
Aditi Pectin’s Pvt. Ltd. – The fourth organisation focused on fruit processing, was established on September 25, 1992.

Growth and Culture

Aditi Packing Industries – The second organisation, specialising in manufacturing export-quality corrugated trays and cartons for packing fruits and vegetables, was established on August 15, 1986
Diwali Celebrations – Cultivated a tradition of celebrating Diwali with all employees, fostering a strong company culture.

Diversification

Aditi Foods (India) Pvt. Ltd – Established in 1994, diversified into fruit pulping and moved beyond pectin production.
APEDA Certification – The first certification received for Aditi Pectin Pvt. Ltd. by the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority in 1996.

Initial Days of Expansion

Processed Food Products – Started processing under the Aditi brand.
Production Capacity – Extended mango pulp production to 50 tons per day and partnered with ITC Ltd. as an OEM supplier.
Product Range Expansion – Added products like tomato ketchup, jams, fruit bars, etc.
First Export – First export to Gulf regions and participation in Gulf Food Exhibition in 1998.
Udyog Ratna Award – To Hon. Mr. Dinkarrao Patil, by Government of India’s Institute of Economic Studies in 1996.

Certifications – AQA International LLC & ANAB Accredited ISO 9001:2000, HACCP Certification Certified by Foodcert B.V. and MCCIA Membership

New Product Launches – Introduction of canned vegetables, Chinese sauces, etc.

ISO 9001:2000 Certification – Issued by AQ International & ANAB accredited
Production Capacity – Mango pulp production capacity extended to 100 tons per day.
International Food Fair Participation – Subsequently Participated in Gulf Food Dubai, Anuga-Germany, SIAL-France etc. from 2009 to 2012.
International and Domestic Reach – Expanded international reach to 10 overseas countries and domestic sales from 6 to 10 states across India.

Foundation of Second Plant – Global Agro Food Processing, established with a capacity of 100 tons for food processing.

ISO 9001:2008 Certification – Sister Company Vaishali Packing Industry achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification.
International Food Fair Participation – Continued participation in Gulf Food Dubai, Anuga-Germany, SIAL-France, etc. from 2013 to 2016

Continuing Growth

Expansion with Sister Companies – Aditi Group successfully started two sister companies, Hallo Foods Pvt. Ltd. and Mangal Din Agro Foods, to handle third-party operations and import goods trading.
New Office in Pune – A new office for Aditi Food India Pvt. Ltd. was opened in Pune (Kothrud) and became operational by December 2024.
Installation of Environmental – Care Boiler -A 5 MT capacity environment-care boiler was installed to significantly reduce air pollution, aligning with global environmental standards.
Achievement of SEDEX Certification – The group achieved SEDEX certification in March 2024, demonstrating its commitment to ethical and responsible business practices.
Operational Enhancements – Aditi Group expanded its operational capabilities by introducing state-of-the-art machinery in its manufacturing facilities, enhancing production efficiency and ensuring top-notch quality.
E-Commerce Platform Launch – An e-commerce platform was successfully launched in 2025, facilitating online sales and improving customer accessibility to products globally.
Global Market Expansion – The group collaborated with international partners to expand its trading network across new markets in Asia, Europe, and Africa, ensuring sustainable global growth.
Employee Skill Development Programs – Comprehensive skill development programs were introduced to enhance workforce capabilities, boost innovation, and maintain operational excellence.
