Prepare the Baby Corn

Drain and rinse the Aditi Baby Corn to remove excess brine. Cut each corn piece into 2 halves for easier frying.

Fry the Baby Corn

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the baby corn until they turn crispy and golden. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Sauté the Veggies

In the same pan, add chopped onion and capsicum. Sauté until the veggies are soft and lightly browned.

Add the Sauce

Add 3 tablespoons of Aditi Tomato Sauce to the pan, stirring well to coat the vegetables.

Combine Baby Corn and Sauce

Add the fried baby corn to the pan. Mix gently to ensure the corn is well-coated with the tomato sauce and veggie mix.

Step- Season and Serve.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot!.
