Blend the Ingredients Butter
In a blender, combine grated coconut, garlic, green chili, ginger, and cumin seeds. Add a cup of water and blend thoroughly.
Strain for Coconut Milk
Strain the blended mixture using a muslin cloth or fine strainer to extract thick coconut milk. Repeat the process for thinner milk if needed.
Add Flavor
Add Aditi Kokum Agal to the extracted coconut milk and mix well.
Season to Taste
