Soak and Squeeze Soya Chunks
In a bowl, soak the soya chunks in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
Marinate with Spices and Curd
Add curd, red chilli powder, black pepper, and salt to the soaked soya chunks, mix well, and let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Coat with Corn Flour
Coat the marinated soya chunks with corn flour and mix well.
Fry Until Golden and Crispy
Heat oil in a pan and fry the soya chunks until golden brown and crispy. Remove and set aside.
Sauté Ginger, Garlic, and Veggies
In the same pan, heat 2 tbsp oil. Add ginger garlic paste, green chillies, onions, and capsicum. Sauté for a minute.
Add Sauces and Stir
Add Aditi Green Chilli Sauce, Aditi Red Chilli Sauce, Aditi Dark Soy Sauce, tomato ketchup, and vinegar. Stir well.
Season with Spices
Add red chilli powder, black pepper, and salt to taste.
Thicken Sauce with Corn Flour Slurry
Mix the corn flour slurry and add it to the sauce, stirring to thicken.
Toss in Crispy Soya Chunks
Add the crispy soya chunks and mix everything together. Cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to coat the chunks evenly.
