Return Policy

This item is non-returnable due to the consumable nature of the product.
However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different/wrong item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable.
We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.

Cancellation Policy 

You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund and reverse any payments already made by you.

If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

This consumable product is non-returnable and non-cancellable.

Aditi Food’s will conduct an investigation and provide a decision within 10 days.
