Cook the Noodles
Cook the Minute Made Hakka Noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
Heat the Oil
Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
Sauté Onions
Add the sliced onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
Add Vegetables
Add the sliced carrots, chopped spring onions, capsicum, and cabbage to the pan. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the veggies are tender yet crisp.
Pour the Sauces
Pour in the Magicana Dark Soya Sauce, Red Chilli Sauce, and Green Chilli Sauce, and toss the vegetables well to coat them in the sauces.
Combine Noodles and Veggies
Add the cooked noodles to the pan and stir gently to combine the noodles with the veggies and sauces.
Stir and Cook
Cook for another 2-3 minutes, ensuring the noodles are evenly mixed with the sauce and veggies.
