Soak the Rice
Soak the basmati rice in water for about 30 minutes. Drain the water and set the rice aside.
Chill and Servek
In a pan, bring the full-fat milk to a boil, then lower the heat and let it simmer for a few minutes.
 Cook the Rice in Milk
Add the soaked rice to the milk and cook, stirring continuously to avoid the rice sticking to the pan.
Add Sweetness and Spice
Once the rice is soft and the milk has thickened, add sugar and cardamom powder. Mix well.
Simmer for Creaminess
Continue to cook for another 5 minutes until the phirni reaches a creamy consistency.
Add Floral Essence
Remove from heat and stir in Aditi Rose Water for a subtle floral fragrance.
Garnish with Nuts
Garnish with chopped pistachios and almonds.
Chill and Serve
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving for a chilled, refreshing treat.
