Coat the Paneer
In a bowl, coat the paneer cubes with cornflour, making sure each piece is evenly coated..
Fry the Paneer
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the paneer cubes until golden and crispy. Set aside on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
Sauté Onion and Garlic
 In another pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté the chopped onion and garlic until soft and fragrant.
Cook the Bell Peppers
Add the chopped bell peppers and cook for another 2 minutes until slightly tender.
Add the Sauces
Stir in Aditi Dark Soya Sauce, Aditi Red Chilli Sauce, and Aditi Green Chilli Sauce. Mix well to coat the veggies in the sauces.
Combine Paneer and Sauce
Add the fried paneer cubes to the pan and toss gently to coat with the sauce mixture.
Season and Cook
Season with salt and pepper to taste, then cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined.
Serve and Garnish
Garnish with chopped pistachios and almonds.
Chill and Serve
Serve hot, garnished with spring onions or coriander if desired..
